ITR Tech Solutions (“we,†“us,†or “ourâ€) is operated by Rezo Jikhvadze (Sole Proprietor). This Refund Policy applies to our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and any related subscriptions or payments.
All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. When you subscribe to a plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise), you are charged for the billing period (e.g. monthly) at the start of that period. We do not refund unused portions of a billing period if you cancel mid-cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period already paid.
Where local law requires a refund (e.g. cooling-off periods, consumer rights), we will comply. Contact us with your order details and the legal basis for your request.
Please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and access to the service.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated†date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
