By accessing or using the ITR Tech Solutions website and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform (the “Site†and “Servicesâ€), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ITR Tech Solutions is operated by Rezo Jikhvadze (Sole Proprietor), Georgia. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our Services.
ITR Tech Solutions provides a SaaS platform designed for businesses to manage online payments and automate transaction processing. Services include: payment acceptance, store connection, payment configuration, dashboard and reporting, and transaction automation. Specific features depend on your plan (Basic, Pro, Enterprise).
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) scrape, copy, or misuse content without permission; or (e) use the Site to harass, defame, or harm others.
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by ITR Tech Solutions / Rezo Jikhvadze or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Payments for subscriptions are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are as displayed on the Pricing page; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.
We may collect and process personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site and Services, you consent to such processing.
The Site and Services are provided “as is†and “as available.†We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITR Tech Solutions and Rezo Jikhvadze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claims related to the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITR Tech Solutions and Rezo Jikhvadze from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Site. The “Last updated†date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
